Approved Reporting Mechanism (ARM)

BME Regulatory Services will provide their clients, through the ARM, with a simple way to fulfil their obligation to report to the Competent Authority the details of the transactions executed OTC and outside BME Markets.

The information will be gathered, and validated according to the new regulation through a single-access point, and will be submitted to the Competent Authority in the required format.

The ARM will replace the current SIO service offered by BME.
